Saturday Betting

Chelsea should be to to strong for Blackburn, Arsenal are short odds but i'm confident that they will get the three points against West Ham at the Emirates. Fulham are short of wins this season but their home form is usually their saving grace so i'd expect them to beat Wigan who don't travel well. Everton have found some good form while Stoke refuse to play talents like Tuncay and Gudjohnson they will continue to struggle. If you dip into the championship Cardiff who are one of the hot tips for promotion this season should see off Norwich at decent odds for a home win.

Those combined gets you around 15/1.

The 'Offside' Ronaldo Goal

Christiano Ronaldo scored a few goals against Racing Santander one of which has opened up much debate over the offside rule.

Madrid played the ball wide on the left to Ozil with Ronaldo a good 20 yards offside on the other side of pitch after filling in a divet in the turf. At this point it's safe to say he is not active in play, however he made no attempt to get back on side then quickly became active for Ozil to roll the ball accross goal to leave Ronaldo with a tap in. The question is did the officials get it right? In the laws of the game Ronaldo technically was onside when Ozil played the ball to him and was not active in the first phase of play when he could've been flagged offside.
